I came to real estate from the legal profession.  My work with town boards, developers, and individual home buyers and sellers made me realize just how much I enjoyed working with the people behind the papers crossing my desk.  A full time focus on real estate was the natural next step.

I use my legal and market expertise to guide home buyer and sellers through every step of the sometimes complicated purchase and sale process. My in-depth knowledge and broad experience with all aspects of real estate sales allow me to position my clients for success. Better still, I keep my clients informed and take the time to explain everything in a straightforward way.

I work with a variety of clients including sellers of unique custom homes, estate administrators selling their loved one’s home, seniors who are right sizing, people who are selling and buying homes at the same time, first time home buyers, people who are relocating into or out of our area, investors, buyers of new construction homes, and those who wish to buy or sell townhomes that are part of an HOA community.

I work with clients through out Monroe, Ontario, Wayne and Livingston counties, with an emphasis on the eastside communities of Penfield, Perinton, Pittsford, Webster, Fairport, Irondequoit, Victor, Farmington, Ontario, Macedon, and Walworth, as well as Henrietta and the City of Rochester.

I am a Penfield native, who returned to the area after living and working in several different parts of the country.  There really is no place quite like our community!  I continue to be licensed to practice law in New York State.  I chaired the GRAR Equitable Opportunities in Real Estate Committee and participate in a variety of charitable activities throughout the year.  I enjoy spending time with family and friends, and completely unplug by camping a few times a year.
